  Les dernières promesses du Directeur de la Police Nationale d’Haïti, Michel-Ange Gédéon, sont bien épinglées sur son compte Twitter. Le chef de la PNH informe que dans les jours à venir la banlieue de Grand-Ravine sera  « vidé  de ses bandits et accessible à tous ». Pour Michel-Ange, il « n’existe pas de zone de non-droit » pour le corps qu’il dirige. Ses déclarations font suite à la disparition du photojournaliste, Vladjimir Legagneur, depuis le mercredi 14 mars dernier. Ce dermier était parti pour un reportage dans la cité de Martissant (Grand Ravine).
